This raw wildflower honeycomb comes from Bill’s Bees, a longtime Los Angeles beekeeper based near the San Gabriel Mountains and Angeles National Forest. Each box contains a generous section of comb filled with raw honey gathered from the flowers blooming across the surrounding mountains and canyons.

Cut it into pieces for a cheese board, spread it over warm bread or eat it straight from the box. The wax is edible, pleasantly chewy and part of the whole experience.

A Note About Seasonality

The wildflower honey inside the comb may vary naturally in color and flavor depending on what is blooming when the bees forage.

Each harvest will look and taste slightly different.
Care Instructions

Keep the container closed and protect it from excess heat and moisture. The honey and beeswax are both edible.
Storage Information

Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place. Keep the container closed between uses.

Some honey may naturally collect around the comb inside the box.
Meet The Farmer

Bill’s Bees has been producing raw honey in Los Angeles County since 1991. Their bees forage among the native wildflowers of the San Gabriel Mountains and Angeles National Forest.

Each piece of honeycomb is cut directly from a honey-filled frame and packed with minimal handling.
