Bill’s Bees has been producing raw honey in Los Angeles County since 1991, with hives placed throughout the San Gabriel Mountains, Angeles National Forest and nearby Southern California orchards. The honey is bottled raw, unheated and unfiltered, preserving the flavor and character of each seasonal harvest.

Your jar will feature one available variety, such as Wildflower, Sage Wildflower, Avocado or Orange Blossom. The flavor changes with the bloom, which is exactly the point. Each bottle comes in glass.

Care Instructions

Raw honey naturally varies in color, flavor and texture. Crystallization is normal and does not mean the honey has spoiled. Place the closed jar in warm water to soften it gently.
Meet The Farmer

Bill’s Bees has been producing raw honey in Los Angeles County since 1991. Their hives spend much of the year among the mountains, canyons and valleys surrounding the Angeles National Forest, with some traveling seasonally to Southern California avocado and citrus orchards.
