Shipping policy

Local Delivery
Market Mama offers local delivery only; we do not ship orders. We deliver to select ZIP codes across Los Angeles every Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday. You can view current delivery areas on our Delivery page, and eligible delivery dates appear at checkout based on your address.

Order cutoffs
Wednesday delivery: order by Monday at 9 PM
Saturday delivery: order by Thursday at 9 PM
Sunday delivery: order by Friday at 9 PM

Fees
A $7 local delivery fee applies, with a $30 minimum order. 

Delivery
Deliveries arrive within a 4-hour delivery window. Please plan to be home during your window when you can, especially in the warmer months, so your produce, eggs and flowers go straight into the fridge.

If you're out, we'll leave your order in the shade near your front door, or the safest shaded spot reasonably accessible. Please bring it inside as soon as possible, especially on hot days. If there's truly no way to make your window work, leave a note at checkout or contact hello@lamarketmama.com or (424) 245-0299 before your delivery day. Include a current mobile number and any gate, building or access instructions so we can reach you.

Problems with an order
Contact hello@lamarketmama.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos of the affected items.
