Halloween Hangover Giveaway: Official Rules

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta. By entering, each entrant fully releases Instagram and Meta from any and all liability.
1. Sponsor
LA Market Mama (lamarketmama.com), Los Angeles, California ("Sponsor").
2. Eligibility
Open to legal U.S. residents who are 18 or older at the time of entry and whose delivery address is within Market Mama's Los Angeles delivery area. Employees of Market Mama and their immediate family members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.
3. Entry Period
The giveaway begins when the giveaway post is published on @lamarketmama on October 27, 2026 and ends on October 29, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time ("Entry Period"). Entries received after the Entry Period will not be counted.
4. How to Enter
Main entry: Follow @lamarketmama on Instagram and comment SAT or SUN on the giveaway post to choose your preferred delivery day.
Bonus entries (optional):
- Tag a friend on the giveaway post. Each friend tagged earns 1 extra entry, up to 3 extra entries per person.
- Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story and tag @lamarketmama to earn 2 extra entries. Your account must be public at the time of drawing so the share can be verified.
Tagged friends must be real people. Accounts that are fake, automated or created for the purpose of entering giveaways will be disqualified. Sponsor may disqualify any entry that does not follow these rules.
5. Prizes
Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) Sexy Chef Box, curated by Courtney Trop (@alwaysjudging). Approximate retail value: $80 each. Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $160.
One box will be delivered on Saturday, October 31, 2026 and one on Sunday, November 1, 2026. Box contents depend on seasonal availability and may differ from those pictured. Sponsor may substitute items of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Limit one prize per person and per household.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
On October 30, 2026, Sponsor will randomly select one winner from eligible entries that commented SAT and one winner from eligible entries that commented SUN. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified by direct message from the official @lamarketmama account only and must reply with a valid delivery address within the Los Angeles delivery area by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on October 30, 2026. If a winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept delivery on their prize day, an alternate winner will be selected.
Beware of scams: Market Mama will never ask you for payment, card details or passwords. Any account asking for these is not us. Please report it.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may share their Instagram username as a giveaway winner on Market Mama's social channels.
8. General Conditions
By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or incomplete entries, or delivery delays beyond its control. Sponsor may modify, suspend or cancel this giveaway if it cannot run as planned. Winners are responsible for any taxes that apply.
9. Privacy
Information collected from winners will be used only to deliver prizes and administer this giveaway, in line with Market Mama's Privacy Policy.
10. Winners List
To request the winners' usernames, contact us through our contact page by November 30, 2026.
